In 2021, I co-founded the Women in Economics Alumnae Network (WECAN) at Oxford together with Lisa Martin and Annik Ketterle. WECAN's goals include:

• Bringing together female graduate students in economics and Oxford economics alumnae to promote networking, representation, and participation of women in economics.

• Facilitating access to female role models across various professions in economics (academic/public/private sector).

• Creating a space for discussions around research and career development as well as more personal topics such as well-being.

• Directly supporting career development for current female graduate students by organising WECAN events with alumnae.
